218 +- Acres, unimproved land consisting of approximately 169 acres (78%) of very productive river bottom crop ground with approximately 49 acres of Timber and Elk River. Crop ground soils are Mason silt loam, 0-1% Slopes, Class Iw (44%), and Verdigris silt loam, 0-1% slopes, Class IIw (28%), and Dennis silt loam, 1-3% slopes, Class IIe (11%).

 

Graveled road access on two sides, this tract is adjacent to the city of Longton.

In addition to excellent crop ground, this tract offers deer and turkey hunting with the hardwood forest along the Elk River, as well as excellent fishing for catfish.
