Description:

376 +- Acres of unimproved land with approximately 337 acres of excellent quality riverbottom crop ground (90%). Soils are nearly 85% Verdigris silt loam, 0-1% Slopes, with the balance being Lanton silty clay loam, 0-2% slopes- both Class IIw.

 

The Elk River is lined with hardwood timber, providing excellent cover for deer and turkey as well as very good catfish habitat.

 

This tract is 90% tillable and highly productive Elk River bottom crop ground. There are three large fields ranging from 55 acres to 174 acres in size.
