TERMS: Bidding will be by the acre. 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid. The successful bidder will be required to sign a purchase contract and deposit $30,000 as earnest money at the conclusion of the auction. Balance of purchase price will be due upon title approval and closing. closing will be on or before September 30, 2022. Title Insurance and Closing Fee will be divided evenly between Seller & Buyer.
