Associate Broker

After working in banking for 25 years, It was time to get out from behind the desk. I had always believed my talents to be in service and self-motivation and real estate sales seemed to fit right in. From the banking experience I brought with me a clear understanding of how to not only provide professional service but also to build relationships. Since then I have watched many changes in the real estate and mortgage world. I have worked to stay on top of those changes to better serve my clients. The majority of my sales are located in Butler County but also work in Sedgwick, Greenwood, Elk, Woodson and surrounding South Central Kansas communities.

I truly believe there is a responsibility to teach buyers as we go through the purchasing process. This is especially true while working with first time buyers and can be most rewarding.

I have been blessed with the majority of my business coming from referrals. I truly love helping others, whether it’s in finding just the right home or volunteering in a community project. El Dorado is and always has been my home. I live here, work here and have raised my family here. I am committed to helping build a great community and a great place to live.

Zac Sundgren

Associate Broker

316-322-5812

Knowing your community and being committed to and involved with the residents gives Zac Sundgren an “in” in the real estate market. His knowledge of town and country people and what makes Butler County progressive, a background in public relations and business administration and a family history in the real estate business gave Zac a natural formula for a successful real estate career in his hometown.
A graduate of El Dorado High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in journalism and mass communications with a major in public relations and a minor in business administration at Kansas State University.
After seeking fame and fortune in other areas of life, Zac realized that he is just a Kansas “boy” at heart and came home, earning his real estate license in Kansas in 2003. He became an appraiser in 2004, but concentrates on his first love of matching the right property to the right individual or family.
In 2005 and 2006, Zac was named to the Butler County Board of Realtors Achiever’s Club for over $1 million in sales each year. He didn’t stop there. In 2007, his sales reached just over $3.6 million. Don’t let his soft spoken, easy going manner fool you. His knowledge of the local real estate market is unsurpassed and his sales continue to climb.

The people he meets and serves are his favorite part of being a realtor and he enjoys a challenging market. His reasons for living in El Dorado are the same attributes that are so easy for him to “sell” newcomers. “It’s a great place to raise a family. We offer a huge lake with recreational facilities, excellent parks for family recreation, a fine arts community unequaled in any other town our size, great educational opportunities in our public schools and community college, a downtown that shines under the banner of being a Main Street City, a stable business environment, an outstanding city infrastructure, growing and stable industries like BG Products, Frontier Refining, Barsol Solvents, the El Dorado Correctional Facility and a broad base of retail businesses.”

Zac can rightly take pride in the versatility of his skills in selling land, rural and residential properties and businesses. He works hard at making that “perfect” match between buyer and seller, as is evident in his growing number of referral sales.
In addition to his career, Zac is a devoted father to his children, Jaydon and Quinn.
His community and professional involvements include:

  • Wichita Area Association of Realtors
  • Kansas Association of Realtors
  • National Association of Realtors
  • El Dorado Kiwanis, where he serves as president elect

Keith joined the SunGroup team in 2018 as a Realtor and Auctioneer, where he has proven to be a high energy professional with great dedication to the people he serves.

Keith has high integrity which he contributes to being raised on a farm where “great values and hard work were learned.” Being farm-raised provides Keith with a first-hand knowledge of land, both how to maintain and manage, and how to produce from it. His career in oil and gas furthers his knowledge for land use, and when coupled with farming, gives him a strong understanding for a wide variety of equipment.

Keith and his wife Gabriela are raising their family in rural Elk County, and when not auctioning or selling real estate, they enjoy fishing, hunting, or just driving the countryside.
